lol i hear this all the time..... NASCAR cheats for toyota, NASCAR only wants them to win, NASCAR makes money wither ford, chevy, dodge, or toyota wins.... They gave toyota a clean sheet of paper to build an engine they did..... chevy built the RO7 why cant ford and dodge come out with new engines to get aproved??????

  3. Little Jr. has always been NASCAR's favorite and they still can't get him to win races.WTF?

  4. I definitely think they do. They're not always consistent with it though.

  5. They played "favorites" with Toyota just for the money.

But deep down inside, they really don't want to see Toyota win the Cup Series championship, because of money reasons. They need a reason to play "favorites" with someone else, (for money). They have to be very careful on how they manipulate the sport, because of profitable gains (money) So depending on the terminology you use they just play favorites to the "cash-flow" (money) After all it is business. I bet other sports wish the could prey off of the automotive industry, and all the sponsors it carries.

  6. it kinda seems like it

  7. I actually think that they do at times.  I remember a race at Watkins glen where Rusty Wallace and Ricky Rudd came around  a turn side by side heading to the checkers.  NASCAR ruled that Rudd was just holding his line when they came around the corner and rusty went off the track.  However, I had taped the race and slowed it way way down and it showed Rudd's wheels cut tight and shoving Rusty off the track.  There was also times where other drivers got Black Flagged and punished, but Wonder Boy Gordon did it and got away with it every time.  Would like to talk more on this subject, if you want.  Also, I don't think we will ever know the "WHOLE" story behind Earnhardts accident.  My email and messenger are open if anyone wants to talk.  Thanks.

  8. I am a NASCAR fan for racing in general but I guess I cheer for several drivers and teams. I have seen this myself so its funny that you should bring it up. I do believe that they do lean a little towards one way or another. I don't think NASCAR wants to see Kyle Busch win this Championship.  I am watching to see if  what I notice comes to fruition.

Personally I would like to see Jeff Gordon win the Championship once again.

  9. I thought they did until Dale Jr got black flagged at bristol.  That made me feel a little better about NASCAR not playing favorites.  I still think and will always think they should have black flagged at Michigan in June though.  I also think NASCAR still penalizes drivers when they want to.  They penalized Jr on lap 1, so he had 500 laps to get to the front.  They didn't penalize Jr at Michigan because it was the end of the race.  My theory.

  10. yes, in lots of instances.

  11. They favor Chevy drivers and any driver named Earnhardt. If ya watched racing for years ya'd know that!

  12. I think it seems like it sometimes but they need to be more consistent!

  13. On the race track, no, I dont feel like they play favorites.

To the person that used the Jr incident at MIS, I was listening to the in car and watching the race, as soon as Jr was warned not to do it, he didnt and he stopped.  No favorites there.  If he was a favored, I dont think he would have gotten black flagged at Bristol, even though the brass wont produce a rule book for us to view and see if in fact it's illegal to pass on the outside on the first lap of a race.  Which brings me to my next point......

As much as I dislike the brass at NA$CAR I dont feel like they favor drivers but they do make rules that are convient at the time, but  only in situations where points were involved and how many points would be deducted, and I do feel that which ever manufactor has the deepest pockets, the rules will favor their cars.  But again, I dont feel that they favor drivers.

NA$CAR has made a ton of poor choices since King Brian has taken the helm, but they dont favor drivers.

  14. of course they do, there rules are silly when they dont heed to them and then they change them in the blink of an instance, especially if a more popular driver does something then its ok but if someone else does it there docking points, sending them to the back, NASCAR is the only sport that makes up there rules as they go

  15. Yes they do. For example Dale Jr was allowed to pass the pace car multiple times at Michigan in June even after he was told not to and then to make up for the no call NASCAR decided to penalize the 83 car fo no reason just so they could say they penalized someone even if it was the wrong person
