Yes, on the basis that PURE LIGHT is from God full of divine knowledge which constitute intellect. Then it is intellectual love light full of love. Otherwise there is "enlightenment" which constitute " intellect" of an atheist .

It may be better to say just

"intellectual light full of love", or better "... full of understanding"

or the best "intelligence's light ..." ???

But "intelligence"+"love" are like "water+oil"

cause intelligence is (materially) investigative,

or love is acceptance, pure knowledge, intuition ...., spiritually researching.

"PURE LIGHT is the equivalent of PURE LOVE !!!"
