I'm talking about bonus money. If the company exceeds a certain level and employees are empowered to a degree then they should share in on the success. Some employees are lucky to have this deal but many are not. What do you think?

  1. It would have to be measured on a case by case basis.  If it's obvious that a company is seeing great success because of extra effort on the part of the employees then I think they should benefit from that extra effort.  If they're just doing their job without putting forth any extra effort at all then maybe they should get a small bonus but not as much.

  2. The employees do share in the success, they keep their jobs - that's no small thing.
