Do you think that baby fish can gnats?

Question

i just won a baby fish at a fair and i dont have any fish food,since it will die shortly anyways. but i dont want the fish to starve to death.

but can baby fish eat gnats?

they wont eat it i took my fish camping for 2 weeks and then gnats got in it my fishes didnt eat it. if you have cooked veges give them that dont feed them too much and dont feed them huge pices. my comet fish wont eat it and i doubt any others will. though u can try. goodluck

why would you not feed it, thats ridiculous that you would even try to win a fish and not plan on taking care of it.

The baby fish you won is probably a common goldfish, and they can live for over 10 years if cared for properly.  Dieing shortly after obtaining it would be due to a lack of knowledge of the care required and/or just not caring for it.  

Find a friend who's willing to take care of it.
