Do you think that extroverts have it easier than introverts in modern society?

much easier for extrovert im, very introverting and find in simples things diffcult, let alone becoming successfull, to get success in life you need to be able to express yourself, i often find it hard to construct sentences, i mumble alot, and give short answers , tend to look like an idiot

Well, introverts are thinkers. They rely on themselves and feel other people are unnecessary. So they are content with spending a Friday night alone. And extroverts make friends very well and are social, however, extrovertedness comes with trusting other people, which could be bad. So I really think it's about the same. They both have benifits (:

In North American society, extroverts have the definite advantage.  Our society is individualistic and achievement oriented, so someone that is able to talk about their accomplishments more and gain energy from being around people, they will naturally attract more people to them.  Since it is easier to make judgments on what we see and hear, it is easier to figure out extroverts, and more often than not, it is a more positive impression.  Introverts think and listen more, but this makes some people (often extroverts) uncomfortable.  This is unfortunate, because introverts are often better listeners and think ideas through before acting.

i think it is a lot easier for extroverts.

in the Jungian definition, extroverts gain energy from being around people, while introverts lose energy around people.

so being at work is easier for introverts, being at school, they can enjoy things like giant football games, fairs - where their are just too many people for an introvert to deal with.

also, the introvert needs time to recover from all those people, that loss of energy.
