  1. It is quite unlikely. World reserves are set to finish in about 14-20 years time, and oil production is basically set at a rate to coincide with that target. Most countries would have their own National Energy Policy (NEP) to deal with this eventuality, hence the increasing popularity of hybrid cars and alternative energy sources.

  2. Certainly not. Finally the day has come that we are weaning ourselves from this totally outdated source of energy. I see a bright future of jobs in high-tech energy industries.

  3. It's expected to be around $8-$10 a gallon in a few years,

but new sources of energy (well, new ways of harvesting them) are being developed, but if it gets too high,

    I hope you have a bike =]

  4. i think they will be the same for years to come

  5. No - we've already shown that we'll pay $4.00 for gas... unless the government steps in to put a cap on the price, it'll at least stay at the same price, or at best, very slightly lower ($3.50-ish).

  6. I think they may stay thesame for awhile. But I was looking up minimum wage for the state of Kansas and they raising up by almost $1.25 in July '09. So the far future seems bleek.

  7. Gas prices have already dropped or leveled off in my area.  Of course this is only temporary.  Gas prices will continue to rise and fall in cycles like they always have/will.

  8. no. It only goes up from here.

  9. I think that it will go down a bit but will then go back up.

  10. no i heard they are talking about 198 dollars a barrel by next week so let me see your 500 hp baby and i will consider buying it for a quarter what i think it is worth

just kidding the gas prices will peak in a few years and it will settle then it will peak at a higher rate  a few years later

it has happened before and before and before and it will happen again

    goodluck
