it was a gutless hit on wing but its part of the game. we dont want league to turn out like that game called soccer where you trip over a blade of grass and any-one within 5 metres of u gets a card. leagues a tuff game expect the un-expecting.

It was weak but League is the tougest game on Earth and that is wat separates us from other sports like american football and union. I get the feeling jason taylor and co wana b like AFL and bring in the rough play rule and turn the game soft. I hope not

i referee and support souths, but according to the rules it was a perfectly legal tackle. however it definately was a cheap shot and the nrl will be looking to outlaw those types of tackles by the round 4 rules review
