Do you think that homeless should be given a tax refund for not polluting co2 and not using flush toilets?

maybe i should say tax credits. of course there are many out there that recieve credits that do not work, you know free rides but are unwilling to work for it.

Yes, as they can't rely on compassion from the likes of you. Most people assume homeless people are lazy, but they are the spurned society that suffers from mental illness, as a rule. Do you really think people want to live their lives that way? They are discarded people. They can't afford medication, can't get compensation that other physically handicapped people receive. Can't get jobs because they can't pratice proper hygiene on the streets. Americans should be ashamed that we have homeless people. I've conversed with people from other countries who were really shocked to hear that people live like this in the US.

We extend so much to countries who expect our 'hand-outs', that hate us even though we aid them, and yet we turn our heads on our own people.

Most likely homeless people will go to jail  for not being American and contributing to global destruction. although most likely  it wont be worded that way. Lets see what do they call it residential camping. Or loitering/trespassing. Or being mistreated till that commit a real crime out of anger and then given the worst public defender in the universe.

I think the homeless should be given a chance to get a place to live and a job...we need to help those who would love a bit of help...naturallly I believe that some of the homeless are now in a state of not wanting to go back to society...but there are those who would like to and dont know how or where to start....what do you think of that?

No because they pollute in other ways for example they very rarely change there socks isn't that air pollution.

If they're not using toilets where are they going?  And how healthy is that for the rest of us who probably step in it?  I think that people who choose not to have kids should be given the tax break.

Well... If the person is homeless due to a mental or physical illness.... how about  we give them a place to live!

We already fund apartments for some homeless, shelters, handouts.  They don't pay any taxes so a refund or credit would be pointless.  If you are suggesting we actually pay homeless people because they are homeless, I will just be boggled at the suggestion.

nobody should have to pay a tax. People are just that pathetic that day that they have to charge you to use the bathroom. How disturbing.
