i really think that this is wat Obama wants, because he is, after all, a far left liberal, but i also think this wont happen because there is no way congress will let that happen. I just want to know what other people think will happen.

  1. No.

  2. Of course he will even farther to communism.  He has the most liberal far left Congress to work with him on making him the "Ruler".  Pelosi and Reid  are very far left.

  3. Yes, he is a socialistic liberal. His ideas are socialist.

  4. "Obummer" - how original.

    Not.

    Obama isn't far left.

    I'm far left.

He's a man who just happens to care about the American people.

The under class. The working class. The middle class.

The people who keep America moving, day in and day out.

John McCain, on the other hand, doesn't care.

He continues to push for the Iraq war, even when a majority oppose it.

He continues to push for failed economic plans.

And he continues to preach the status quo.

    Which is better for you?

More of the same, or a chance at a better tomorrow?

  5. I have no idea, I've never hear of "Obummer".

Unless... you're one of those 100 million Republicans who can't spell.

  6. With Obama being President and Pelosi being the Speaker of the House and leading a very lazy and do-nothing democratic controlled congress is a frightening thought.

  7. No.  We already have become socialistic.  I've heard that the platform of the socialist party has almost entirely been adopted within a few years after it is proposed by the socialists.

  8. No, but I do think Speaker Pelosi would have his, um, manhood sack in such a tight grip he would be be reduced to a blubbering shadow of a man.

  9. You mean a change from the the pro-corporate fascism that the Repubs have had for the past eight years? At this point anything would be better.

  10. Both houses of Congress voted to stop "waterboarding torture". Both senators and representatives are chosen through direct election - they represent 300 million americans.

However, despite what the two houses voted - Bush over ruled it.

Rather pointless having the 2 houses of congress really.

  11. Yes and once  again it will be because the capitalists stood idly by and did absolutely nothing to prevent it from happening

While the fat cat capitalists are sitting in their  well appointed homes and offices and spouting the economic theories that they learned in college

Real people out in the real world are having to make some really hard economic choices about whether or not to feed their kids or their cars

Maybe the fat cats should get up off of their collective fat azzes , dress like normal Americans do  and get out on the streets  and try to get a handle on WTF is really going out here.

  12. For now, we have a majority socialist House and Senate.  Obama; who is precisely a Leninist, will perhaps ring the death toll for all of our freedoms that have been protected by the Constitution.

PC speech police have already taken our First Amendment freedoms, and Hate Crime Laws have literally given the Government the power to judge and punish us for our thoughts.  Elimination of our Second Amendment rights are admittedly on the agenda of Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi.  The Bush administration and the Homeland Security Department have given the Democrats a head start in taking away our Fourth Amendment rights as well.

Best option for anyone who values freedom is to (gag), vote for McCain / Palin, then join the Republican Party and throw the GOP leaders that gave us both Bushes and McCain, into the street.

  13. He will try his hardest to make it so. Remember that Congress is controlled by the Democrats so he will have some help from them in implementing his socialist policies.

  14. He will push a Liberal agenda...whether that agenda becomes something Congress will address is another thing.

  15. You are right, congress wont let it happen.  Obama will be forced toward the center, in the same way that Clinton and Bush have been.  If he goes too far left as president, the liberals will lose congressional power in 2010 and he will find himself forced to compromise with the right.  It really is a wonderful system we have.  I support McCain, but all hope is not lost for me if Obama wins.  The President is not King.  The government still belongs to the people.

  16. Dude,

We already are socialistic.  The question is whether Obama can bring the full weight of the Communist Manifesto to the country.
