Do you think that if a political Spokes Person/Leader sucks...?

Lets say a President passes a bill that has no point and is full of PORK(Lobiest ****) and he does this repeatively for his friends and him self , and all the money is comeing out of the american tax payers wallets. Should the American People have the right to shoot that political Figure?

*Note-This is happening but no-one is geting shot

What is a lobiest?

Anyway... Lobbying is perfectly fine... but open bribery is actually what's going on... not lobbying.

The politicians who take part in this (like that Republican in Alaska who got free real estate from the oil companies) are not just listening to lobbyists... they are accepting bribes.

And yes - they should be shot.

First, it's congress that adds all the pork.  That is how the deals are made and politicians are able to save face.

Example:

Democrats kept saying when they got in power they would end the war.

The got elected because of that.

Then they  vote YES to war funding many times.  But hey, they got to add some "important legislation" of their own.

Antiwar folks have been played like a Stradivarius.

The President doesn't "pass bills."

Only Congress can authorize spending according to the Constitution.

All money that Congress spends comes from taxpayers.

If taxpayers do not approve, the remedies are challenging the Constitutionality of the legislation itself or voting the Congressmen out of office and replacing them with others who will rescind the legislation.

However, once the money is spent, it's gone.

Shooting is not an option.

Legislating is not a crime.

Even if it were, capital punishment is not used as punishment for financial crimes.

i think you need to check out the PORKER OF THE MONTH website (citizens against government waste).  it is non-partisan site but if you review it you will find that there is much more pork on the democrat side than the republican.

we have a court system for a reason, let's not shoot those that waste our money.  prison sounds more reasonable.  don't let your hate of bush cloud your judgement or ruin your day.  try voting libertarian next election.

No.  Tyranny, treason, military dictator takover, are the times for armed resistance.  Your example calls for the ballot box, not the cartridge box.

The 'patriot act' made that illegal. We can have peaceful protests...but we can no longer overthrow our government.
