Its any-body's ballgame. You dont have to be extra beautiful to join you just have to be yourself you will never know you might win it by just being natural.  Why dont give it a try?  Mahirap yong lagi nasa isip mo ano kaya kung sumali ako..  As to your age please check pbb's website if you can join if your still under-age you can still develop your personality make you more prepared to join later.
