Absolutely not. Thankfully teens are getting smarter about kissing,s*x,petting, ect. no need to rush cause it ain't Great until you find the one.

Nobody talks about this when they are in high school but there are lots and lots of people who wait until they are completely out of high school to date and yes, to be kissed. When you are in high school there is the constant chatter about getting a prospective boyfriend or girlfriend and who is now available who wasn't available before and who is sleeping around and who isn't. Then when you get older this very interesting thing happens. The people that waited a long time to find someone to date (or more) wind up looking smarter and sexier and more desireable somehow because they appear to have more integrity and taste than other people who were SO eager to give it up for anybody and everybody. The teenage years are total bullshit. You feel slightly insane and chemically unbalanced because your hormones do a number on you and if you are in high school you are in this artificial fish bowl with ONLY people that are your age (the only time in your life this will ever happen and believe me, it's completely not reflective of the rest of society or life) with the whole world looking in on you. I have told my daughters many times, there are only two places where they tell you what to think, what to do, when to do it, and when you can go to the bathroom- public school and prison. I would now quote the lyrics from Suicidal Tendencies "Institutionalized" but that would just date me.  My advice to anyone regarding kissing- wait until you meet the person that makes it worth it- the one whose eyes will meet yours and you'll forget what planet you are on. Sometimes you have to wait awhile, but you'll be glad you did. There is someone for everyone. My husband and I are absolute living proof. He looks at me like I'm Angelina Jolie and I am neither pretty or thin. I think he's pretty awesome as well.

not at all! my friend, Chrystah, is 16 and has had 2 boyfriends and STILL asn't been kissed...... she just doesn't want her first kiss to be with the wrong guy...

no its not weird. plus, when you find the right guy, you will kiss him and it will feel alot better than with anybody else

No I had a friend who was 20 and had never been kissed. She didn't date in high school and hadn't met anyone she wanted to be with after that, so it just happened.

nope. its perfectly fine.. you'd be surprised at how many girls haven't been kissed... i got mine at 14.. i was almost fifteen though.
