Do you think that it is physically possible for time to run backwards?

I know that physics suggest that time does not have a "flow." We employ similes such as "time flows like a river" because of how we perceive time. Our experience of time is that it flows or runs in one direction. At least, that is the popular conception of time. I wonder, however, whether time could "run" or "flow" backwards. Are there certain conditions within the physical world that could make the backward flow of time a physical possibility? By "time," I mean the non-compositional interval between event A and event B.

Only if God commands it! He can do anything, but we mere mortals would find it impossible to turn time to run backwards.

UNfortunately time cannot run backwards.   As we all know, that is a dready drag. Especially when people we love up and die on us.    

     Once in awhile time seems to stop. Like when "The End" is really actually " The End".......BUTT!!....not for everyone.    Then you wish time could run backwards.

      If time ran backwards.......nobody would be here.

     That would be so great.   Then I wouldn't miss tomorrow.

No, definitely not. Heard of the saying "I wish I could turn back time"? Everybody knows it's not possible. If it was possible, believe me, so much human mistakes would be rectified.

Time will run forward because that is built into its definition.  Something else we have yet to think of may go backwards like the way way back machiens or my high school teachers logic.  But I pretty much know that time isnt gona go backwards unless our definition of time changes to something retarded.

I think we might be able to backwards our past.  But, we could only view it as a film, not able to do any intervention though.

1. Time is a concept of humans and not an object.

2. Time is system of measurement.

The question is the same as asking if we can measure a mile backwards, or measure a gallon backwards.
