You mean a frog splash depends on how fit the person is I guess but wind might get knocked out of you.

It probably would hurt some, I mean the guy weighs somewhere around 130 pounds. Having that fall on your stomach/ rib cage would definently cause discomfort. But it wouldn't be nearly as painful as most wrestling moves.
