If he couldn' run in the top 10 with Gibbs, I don't see him ever winning a race with some other team.  He should be in the truck series, or in ARCA.

Probably not, unfortunately. Smoke told Joe Gibbs to bring him to Cup in 2006 before Yeley had anything that could be considered success in the Busch Series. Turns out they brought him up two years too early.

Maybe a street stock race or something, but not any race in the top 3 levels of Nascar.

Good chance but not with the current team he's with.

He still needs to get some time in one of the other racing series like arca, nation wide, or even the trucks but he just needs more time in a car and maybe down the line ya he could win a race.
