Well it depends on what you mean by cute.

I think that in the beginning of Home Improvement he was like baby cute.  He was so adorable!

But as he got older, like in the 5th and 6th season of Home Improvement, he was I guess guy cute.  

But as he got really old, like 17 and older, he was cute.  But I think most people would classify him as hot rather tha cute.

But now, while he is 26, I'm not entirely sure what he looks like, but I may havve a few pictures.  He doesn't look bad. (look at bottom of link)
