Its got to a point now that if a criminal is seen attacking another person and the cop hits that person to disarm the or stop that person, then sometimes they get sued.

  1. h**l yes!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. In some cases it is. Your right sometimes they can be sued but that's only if the police officer uses more then necessary force to disarm that criminal.

  3. no way, britain has the most prisons in europe, the most prisoners and the longest sentences and the least human rights its also got the most big brother is watching you tactics its a police state, they say its because of terrorism thats c**p there over a hundred agencies that can access your emails, mobile phone calls, texts etc etc, they brought that in ,in the pretence of catching terrorists now councils and all sorts of people are using it to spy on people i think its outrageous,i have also had very bad experiences with the police and have found them to be corrupt and arrogant bullies

  4. I don't think the problem is justice as justice is an individual right that is experienced or not experienced by all individuals not only those who want to uphold the law.

However I think the system has become to lenient and burrucarcy runs the law courts. Whereby justice as we know it has changed & become increasingly sophisticated than just giving someone a clip round the ear. I think politics has run it's dreadful hand up the Law systems back side & is doing wrong things, it's time for the Law Courts, the Police & the general public to make decisions for this system & not involve the voices of the politians.

  5. Yes!It is far too lenient!

  6. yes the judges and magistrates should be put in jail for handing out sentences that are farcical

  7. The thing about our country is if you are scum and have nothing you usually get away with all sorts a slap on the wrist so yes they are. However if you drive and work and find your self in a bit of bother then NO they are unfair. The reason for this is because you have something to take away as for the scum of our society they don't.

Generally people like to see people suffer and struggle instead of achieving and growing. Our country is ******* and we all have our wonderful government to thank for it. Are legal system is set up for the criminal and not the working class law abyding person.

  8. I agree that justice is too lenient.  A lot of decisions are made by the CPS who don't always make the right ones.  Maybe this is why they are known as the criminal protection service in many circles.  Its not however just thier fault, the government is ultimately to blame as they set the goal posts and targets.

As for the example you give, in my experience, the people who often make or threaten to make complaints about the Police for excessive force are the ones who use force themselves.  They don't like it when the tables are turned.

  9. In a lot of cases yes. We seem to be in a culture of litigation. If someone was attacking me I hope a Police Officer would hit him to disarm him.
