Do you think that our leaders should be paid with incentives instead of salary?

I think that the politicians..especially on the state and federal level should get paid the same way a waitress does. Minimum wage of course there minimum wage be like 50,000 a year and then when they do something they submit a report and then we decide how much money that they get paid for there accomplishment? If we the people do not like it. They do not get any more money. Now that is democracy.

I think politicians should bid for the projects they plan to work and be paid according to performance results. Independent citizen groups should decide the performance. 'No ticki no laundry.'

To tell you the truth,politicians dont make a great amount of money,but through dealings,corruption etc,they get their money.So your idea,while noble is still based on honesty,and Ive yet to find an honest politician.
