  1. I have my permit, it's called the second amendment to the Constitution.  It says I can bear arms, doesn't list any places that right is blocked so s***w the feds and anyone else.  Want my gun, take it from my cold dead hands.

  2. umm whats the whole gun thing gotta do with it buddy?.....anyways i thin that although they may legally be able to (i dont know i dont use LaWS very much =) ) i think that common desinty and good manners should tell ya not to although many people dont listen to such trivial reasonings :D

  3. Yes.

It makes no sense to say people have the right to defend themselves EXCEPT in certain places.   All that does is let the criminals and whack jobs know where to go without fear of an armed response.

This is why nut cases go and hit schools instead of police stations.  Malls instead of military exchanges.

This is why Washington DC and Chicago have such high crime rates.   When the victims are unarmed the criminals are emboldened to strike.   This is also why when a state passes a concealed weapon law the crime rate goes down.

Until concealed carry is allowed everywhere,  you will continue to have killing zones for the whack jobs.

By the way,  the Second Amendment does NOT give you the right to keep and bear arms.  That right,  according to the recent Supreme Court ruling,  existed before the Constitution was written.  What the Second Amendment does is guarantees you that right is not infringed.

  4. not quit sure if a concealed carry permit is any different from a regular hand gun permit. but if it is not: I have a handgun permit, and i was upset in the class when i found out all of the places that were off limits to carry the gun. schools and hospitals might b questionable, but i was pissed to hear u cant carry guns in any place that sells alchohol (including walgreens, walmart, clubs, gas station), or in gov owned places like post office, parks, libraries, blah blah. i was thinking where the f**** can i take it then. I got the permit for protection. im a single young woman, i want it for dark parking lots and getting out of college classes at night. So y would i leave it in the car. what am i suppose to do tell the muggers wait let me get to my car 1st. no thanks. i still carry mine. id rather pay a fine or go to jail a couple days than have to go to rape counseling 4 the rest of my life.

  5. I am very pro gun, but I still place the rights of private property owners first.  I believe that anybody who owns private property should be able to dictate any rules they want about their property.  Hospitals are private property so they should dictate their own rules.  Schools and other government property are another story.  I haven't fully formed an opinion on this issue yet so it's hard to say for sure.  I am leaning slightly towards saying yes, it should be allowed.

jammie-im not sure what state you live in, but in my state you cant carry concealed into any establishment that serves alcoholic beverages.  this would not apply to places that simply sell alcohol to be taken off the premises  (such as a walgreens).  you may want to check your state laws specifically.
