Did you ever see a picture and the eyes seemed to follow you wherever you went? We used to have a picture of Jesus that did that. (Yes, I know there are no REAL pictures of Jesus..just men with beards.) Has this ever happened to you with any of your pictures? (You know how in those old movies...the portraits always had eyes that seemed to follow you?)

  1. Yesh yesh yesh!s****. dooby doo!

  2. like this picture? follow the link lol

  3. I used to own a hologram which had a skull that was laser printed into it. At night, it was scary to walk past, especially when you had been down the local for a few ales, or even bringing back a friend and walking them past it without telling them first that I have one of these pictures. At first its scary, but once the novelty wheres off, it becomes humorous.

  4. Absolutely. I've never actually seen eyes on a picture move, but my Grandfather had a horrid picture of three men on his wall, and whenever I walked past it, I always got the heebies, yet I can't explain why. Makes me shiver to think of it even now.

  5. Yes, It's called the Mona Lisa.

  6. Its called Ubiquitous Gaze, its a painting technique artist use, there is nothing paranormal about it.

  7. If the person in the painting or photo is looking at the camera or painter, then the eyes in paintings and pictures *do* follow you wherever you go.  This is due to the perspective of the subject.

And no, I do not believe a photo-chemically treated piece of paper can have a consciousness or possess an independent spiritual entity.

  8. no... i think some people edit those pictures just so they can show them to their friends. then they'll say , ooohh, scary. i think there's an episode of a show on Discovery or NatGeo where they tried to achieve a particular "spooky" effect on the pic. most cases they made an vene scarier one.

or i don't know maybe your eyes are playing tricks on you. i think sometimes the mind gets conditioned to think such things. oh well. thanks for your time reading this.

  9. No I don't

  10. I've seen pictures where the eyes seem to follow, yeah that's creepy, but it is just the way they are painted.

As for a picture being possessed no I don't think that they can. I do know that a spirit can attach itself to an old painting or picture. That would lead people to believe the picture itself was possessed. When it is only the object which brought the haunting into the home or place.
