Can a new race of birds afer years of breeding can interact with humans so well that they could even start working in a office. They might become a aliens on earth.

Yes definitely.

It would take a lot of time and a better understanding of the genes responsible for it but it is possible. With out a doubt.

I don't think they understand the brain well enough to breed for a specific brain type.  Physical characteristics yes.  Inteeligence to the level of working in an office?  No.

It is possible. Dog breeders have been breeding in special traits into animals for years. I don;t see why it would be any different for birds. They breed birds in captivity now for color and song and other attributes that make the bird more valuable, so why not intelligence?
