  1. if the moons an orb, well i believe im on the truman show.

  2. Hi Deenie,

    Some words of wisdom:

'Poltergeists are an outward psychokinetic expression of an overly depressed/stress driven individual who cannot (or does not) openly express their emotions. The pent up stress can and will manifest itself in other ways - such as creating an outside entity (from themselves) that consists of these negative/repressed emotions. Each individual needs an outlet for stress...otherwise if it's not properly treated, can result in the individual creating their own poltergeist'.

*The mind (consciousness) is an extremely powerful tool - by using it humans can literally create any reality they wish.

  3. PK is the trademark of poltergeists. Normally that is the only way the little trickster makes himself known. May not be truly a sentient entity but merely a PK reaction brought on by an emotionally stressed individual.

  4. Wow, I am sorry, but you seem to be confused between reality and fiction.

Firstly, aside from out of a Hollywood production, there is no, has been no and ever will be any such thing as a poltergeist. They are a trick of the church to lull feeble minded people into a sense of fear. They are simply a metaphor. In other words, if you embrace the ideals of Satan, you will be haunted by his demons. Like I said it always has and always will be a fear campaign - like the ludicrous idea of heaven and h**l but for the living.

Now, secondly, how can you possibly compare the moon with some imaginary fables? The moon is rock - nothing more nothing less. There is absolutely nothing mystical or magical about it. As for your total lack of respect to the tens of thousands of scientists that worked until their fingers bled to make the Apollo missions a success, is nothing short of deplorable. You don't need to "believe" any scientist about the moon, it is simply observable as a piece of rock - just look through a telescope (but first take off of those rose colored glasses you seem to have on) and you can now simply see, on the surface that is sunlit and turned toward us, the formation of valleys, pits and an undulating surface. There is nothing hearsay about the manned moon landings. There are three very easy ways to prove the landings

    1) The mirrors planted on the moon for laser measurements. http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2004/...

    2) The measurements that were taken from the landings were taken from different stations throughout the world for example, the first real and live pictures of Neil Armstrong stepping on the moon came from a little place called Honeysuckle Creek in NSW, Australia: http://www.honeysucklecreek.net/

    3) The final confirmation that moon is in fact rock are the rocks themselves of which the Astronauts brought back from the very surface of the moon. Verified by the most learned Geologists on Earth: http://www.cas.usf.edu/~jryan/moonrocks....

Anyway, as you can plainly see, there is nothing hearsay about any of the actual documented and verified events.

I would have thought that by your age you would have realeased all the childhood fantasies such as ghosts, santa , the tooth fairy, gods etc, etc.

  5. How do you know they throw things? How do you know they even exist?

Before your question can be rationally asked, you need to demonstrate that they do exist and that they do throw things around (we are in the Science & Math category after all). So far, all we have is folklore and anecdotal unconfirmed stories, and no science, which places us in the world of myth.

And in the world of myth, anything is possible. So in that spirit (no pun intended), my answer is sure, why not, they throw stuff via psychokinesis.

EDIT: Deenie, contrary to poltergeists and psychokinesis, we have MOUNTAINS of confirmed scientific evidence for the existence and nature of the moon, not to mention that the moon can regularly be observed anytime by anyone while absolutely nothing in the paranormal can. That's why. I believe it because of the data, not because somebody told me. Your hearsay argument is ridiculous. People don't need to lie about poltergeists -- their imaginations, power of suggestion and the tendency for stories to grow upon retelling is more than enough.

EDIT: I don't need to experience the paranormal personally in order to believe it. Like anything else in science, I just need reliable scientific evidence. That's why I believe in the moon but not in invisible people floating about.

  6. Yes they seem to be able to move things at times. They must retain there psychic ability after death. This would mean that psychic powers do not come from the body but the soul.God psychic abilities are more advanced than i first thought.I never relised this fact before.I could  write another 30 pages on this.
