Do you think that the Affliction PPV event will do well? Will this company survive UFC's wrath you think, and help provide us with more quality fights, and the fighters in UFC with better pay. I hope so.

  1. I believe (and hope) that Affliction's first foray into MMA promotion would be a huge success.  However, it will not come close to the success level of UFC pay-per-views...not yet.  Though they have a very good line up this saturday, they will be going up agains fight night 14, featuring no less then Anderson Silva.  the Fedor-Sylvia main event is quite decent, but no one will want to miss Fedor fight Couture for the title of the best MMA heavyweight of all time!  Hope it comes before the year ends!  Kudos Affliction!

  2. Dana White is a saavy business man, by putting on a show with Anderson Silva on spike TV for free he will definitely take a huge chunk out of Afflictions PPV event. However those who enjoyed Pride will be foaming at the mouth to see Fedor fight again, really I think as far as Haavyweights go the card is great but one weight division does not a PPV make.

  3. uh yeah. look at how stacked it is.
