not the USA govt per say but some influential people who are in Govt. big and powerful people who control IE; the  military and oil corporations! and some people like Oliver North.  they planned the whole thing otherwise they would have gone bankrupt after the end of cold war!  Bin Laden and/o Al qaeda may even think that they are the responsible one and implemented the 9/11 however it was simply implanted in their mind some how; if they were actually involved that is! these people with some help from their friends ie; CIA Oliver North kinds cleared the ways for Al qaeda to implement the attack.otherwise  there is no way at all that they would have not been seen by all the three intelligence services of the world; England, US and Israel! At the very least, there was a conspiracy by criminal elements inside the government to sabotage normal protocols that would have resulted in interception of the planes had the government done absolutely nothing. The evidence for that is overwhelming for anyone not afraid to look at it. Many people are too afraid to consider the possibility.

That itself amounts to high treason and complicity to commit mass murder. It doesn't matter if the criminals were involved above and beyond that. Likely the criminals will never see justice. What is important now is how the 9/11 attacks are being exploited to continue the gradual dismantling of the Constitution and Bill of Rights and the creation of a surveillance state in America.

It is important to note that "the government" is not the criminal. The government did not harm 3,000 of its own citizens. Most people in the government were honestly deceived. The guilty parties are criminals in government, military and intelligence as well as their associates outside the government. By now many of those honestly deceived know the truth but they are not likely to speak up out of fear.

It also touches on the evidence for complicity by people in the government and the exploitation of 9/11 to undermine the Constitution.

If you do your own research, be careful. Government disinformation sites exist all over the web, designed to throw you off the trail. They discredit truth seeking by putting out ridiculous theories that are easily debunked (e.g. the "no planes theory" ).
