Do you think that the Angels are a boring team?

Question

Now, the Angels have the best record in baseball and no doubt they are the best team. ( So Far )

But for some reason, they are not fun to watch. They are a boring team! Their fans are boring, the team is boring, the players are boring.

I am watching them play the Yankees as I write this, and I'm watching

them play only because they are playing the Yankees.

( I am not a Yankee fan either) What do my fellow baseall fans think?

I've heard this before, but I don't follow the Angels so I'm not sure. The Angels are like the San Antonio Spurs, they both continue to win, yet people call them boring.

the eighth inning was pretty exciting. any team is boring if its not your favorite team. thats baseball. thats why so many ppl think its a boring sport. yes the fans don't chear when they should, but they've had a lot to chear about this year. Angels are having their best year!

vlad isn't boring....just when he strikes out, but with a home run and two rbi's...thats better than arod's or jeter's game today.

I have to agree with you on this.  There are just extremely fundamental sound offense and they are not going to wow you scoring 10 runs a game but they score enough to win games.  They are fortunate enough to play in the worst division in baseball (and they have ALOT of game left against their division down the stretch).  Mike Scioscia seems to have learned alot from Lasorda and is one of the best managers in the game.  Their best player is probably K Rod.  Vlad has lost a step but is still a terrific all around player.

I guess it depends on what kind of baseball your prefer. Of course they play sound baseball which isn't always the most exciting, but it wins you games.

I think most people prefer high scoring games which could be a reason. I just think they don't get too much media attention, but I don't find them to be boring, yet there are much more exciting teams I must admit.

im a dodger fan , and the two teams that i absolutely hate are the san francisco giants and the anaheim angels,  both of those teams can go to h**l

their style is always exciting! You're not an angel fan are ya? haha angel fans know how fun this team is

before they were pushed into the limelight this year and years before that they always have had really close and exciting games! Maybe other people like high scoring games but angels get it done with small ball and .. now ever since TEx came along long balls too. which is so weird i haven't seen this many runs in a while!

i kiiinda get where you're coming from.. but its not a boring team at all!

the thing is any player can do anything! Their style is just not limited to hitting home runs. its an aggressive team ^^

YOU MUST BE CRAZY, THE BEST TEAM IN BASEBALL IS INCREDIBLE TO WATCH, DOMINANT PITCHING, STOLEN BASES ALL DAY WITH CHONE FIGGINS, SOME OF THE TOP PITCHERS IN THE LEAGUE, A CLOSER WHO IS GONNA BREAK THE SAVES RECORD....
