  1. Juridical in so far as the administration of the law, possibly.

Administer the laws as defined by the Republic, not formulate them.

But since the interpretation of the laws and their execution resides with the ones administering them,  concerned parties are even now taking on to the streets in objection thereof.

  2. i hope not. and i certinainly hope they would not include zamboanga w/ it.. ARMM, SPCPD.. now BJE?? next time it would be for mindanao to be a separate country.. and how could the business district, and the land where the cathedral and city hall is (in zamboanga) be a part of the "ancestral domain"? i would have joined the rally had i been there. and i usually hate rallies....

  3. I hope not. I've never rallied before but in this issue I would walk the streets and scream my lung out against it if i have to. the one who created such agreement should be crucified to the cross or burn alive.

    peace my ***.

im a strong supporter of our president, in this case wth is she thinking!

the truth is i guess im a little scare of the thought of milf's owning power & domain for its in their violent nature in the past. what did the milf do in the past to deserve such gift of practically owning part of a nation? when all they did is rage war against the government.

peace negotiation wtf , they spend millions making these negotiations abroad (neutral place or otherwise for whatever reason) they should have discussed it with the whole mindanaoans which they clearly did not. if they spend it infrastracture, roads & bridges w/c lacks a lot in there they would probably do some good.

  4. The Supreme court already issued a TRO against it.

Personally, I think they should give the muslim people their own

Federal State once we shift into federalism. Not their own State!

Federalism would provide the same framework like in the BJE but

there is still a national government above it.

  5. I hope it won't. Our Muslim brothers already have their own domain and we, Christians have our own. We, Christians, don't need them to govern over us. The government may just, through this agreement, further divide the Mindanaoans. They must be warned that this may drive some Christians crazy!
