Do you think that the Dallas Stars will beat Detroit?

If they win game six then I think that they will have enough momentum to beat them, and I am positive that they will crush the Penguins if they do beat Detroit. What do you think?

Let's see...Leafs didn't make the playoffs 3 years in a row...Canada lost to Russia in the gold medal game...and they got rid of Mike on Desperate Housewives (I know! How could they?) Something has GOT to give. How am I supposed to enjoy the Stanley Cup finals when I dislike both teams? Ok ANYWAYS please please please God let the Stars win. There...my rant is over.

I think Detroit is definitely capable of completely falling apart and giving away a series after leading it 3-0.  Turco is definitely doing his part.  But only time will tell.

I do believe it is plausible, but unlikely.

But this is where prediction don't mean squat.

It's about winning one shift at a time.

Think about it...I'm a fat man and I could lose about 70-80 pounds in order to reach my ideal weight...Now,  do I try to lose that weight all at once or one meal, one workout, one day at a time over a long period of time?

The Stars had a huge weight to carry being down 3-0.  They have brought the series to a 6th game and they must stay the course.  Don't drink from the Cup...they still need to stay focused one shift at a time.

I don't think they can... I haven't seen the last two games of the series, but Detroit has been too dominant thus far to give up that lead.

Plus, I see Detroit as having a muuuuch better chance against the Pens... so (I can't believe I'm saying this) I'm rooting for the red wings.

There's no way Dallas is going to beat Detroit. Come on now. Detroit has line after line of sheer talent. They are like softened butter, baby, smooth and sweet. I am drooling thinking about a series of Detroit and Pittsburgh. The talent on the ice will be outstanding, awesome and inspiring. Okay, so hockey at any price, or cost, but in any case, who is crazy enough to think Dallas, I mean come on Dallas, can beat the Wings. I can't even imagine it, maybe because I am not a fan and therefore I don't have an emotional investment, but come on people, Dallas take that series? h**l no.

I think if they do beat the Wings than they will beat the Penguins havin momentum and confidence goin into the Finals, cause Marc-Andre Fleury is a great goalie, but Turco is way way better, Game 5 was his 1st great game of the series vs DET really, but that's cause he always chokes against the Red Wings gettin his 1st ever career win @ The Joe on Saturday, so if he ends up beatin the Wings in the next 2 games, he''ll be the 1 with the most confidence for the Stars goin to Pittsburgh and I think would beat them in 5

Dallas is putting up a good fight. realistically i think Dallas only has a chance if Detroit really really screws up and dosent show up at all LITERALLY

If detroit keeps playing like they are.. and if dallas keeps playing like they are, then yes dallas will win.

now that we have a line that can deny detroit's top line i think the stars have a chance. peterson has really stepped it up this series!!

dallas has kept goals for detroit to two goals total in the past two games.. that's VERY impressive!

as far as the penguins.. lets not get ahead of ourselves. all i can say is whether detroit makes it the stanley cup round or dallas- it will be a very tough series and my guess is the west will win in 7.

bleacher- your comment is irrelevant.. they called that once. i'm pretty sure the refs called a couple of calls that were in detroits favor so dont whine about it.
