  1. Yeah, just by a little

  2. not if they make a trade like this one

    http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/tr...

and resign there free agents andall of thaty and maybe sign another C

  3. yeah the Celtics have gotten slightly weaker. you have to consider the fact that the Big Three is at the end of their prime years and some of their key bench players have left. but, unfortunately, i have to admit they're still better than my Lakers.

  4. Yes, this year, Posey's gone, Sam Cassell and PJ Brown are thinking about retirements. The Big Three's older, and they have to deal with other good bench guys leaving.

  5. the celd*cks won't even make it to the conference finals this year

  6. ya alot there not going to do great this season because there age and losing a exploding bench player in james posey

  7. Right now its too early to say its July we don't know if they are goin to be better or not obviously losing a player like James Posey and what he can bring defensively is a lost for the Celtics but its still the offseason so im pretty sure they will be looking for a replacement for James Posey.

  8. NO NOT REALLY.

So they've lost some role players,  Big 3 are little older, hunger is not as intense.

BUT fans are back in force from Game 1, Ainge can deliver better role players before trading deadline, he'll attract good vets who yearn for a championship before retirement, KG is young enough and will always have hunger and intensity. Most important, Celtics think not repeat or three-peat but in dynasty terms.

  9. Its still too early to tell.  I know they lost Posey but jeez pre-season hasn't even begun yet.  What if they were to sign someone better than Posey? After all he is just a bench player.

  10. Lakers rule.

  11. It's still too early to ask but I agree with you!... Now they lost James Posey and instead they have a backup center in Patrick O'Bryant who MIGHT improve this season unlike when he was with the Warriors!.....

  12. i think if they don't sign some veteran or useful bench players, then they can't get the title again

  13. well it depends on what they do with their mid-level exemption if they get a big name guy that can come off the bench and be a scorer and learn defense they could repeat.

I would like them to go after childress but I don't think 5.45mill(mid-level) is as sweet as the 20 million from greece.

I think with the young talent they have a shot at going deep in the east (who doesn't have a shot in the east?)
