  1. Nope.

  2. Possibly.  I know I've been a lot more uneasy about planes after 9/11.  and gas prices.

  3. yes but not because of 9/11.   Florida is a lawless state that lets criminals conduct business there and refuses to extradite anyone within their borders that is wanted by another state.  Ask any woman who is owed child support and their ex ran off to Florida.  Most states help each other to collect child support but not Florida.  OJ Simpson lives there and why?  Because he owes money to his dead ex wifes family so he moves to Florida so they can't collect.

Now the state has felons selling mortgages to people who should have not had one.  Many people invested in condos hoping to make money and now no one is going there because of high fuel prices...everyone is losing their shirt on developments that are in default.

I work for a furniture manufacturing company...Florida used to be gold for our company...sales have dried up.  Business was actually better after 9/11 because consumers were "nesting" and staying closer to home...Many of our long time stores are GOB they can't afford increases in prices and excessive fuel costs to ship furniture there..

  4. yes cuz of gas prices

  5. Not really.

  6. No. 9/11 happened nearly 7 years ago and Florida's tourism economy is still booming. Why would Florida's economy only suffer? Wouldn't it be New York City's? And New York's economy didn't collapse because of 9/11. The short term had a small effect, but it bounced right back up.

  7. no it is becoming over populated but people will always go to Disney World and Miami
