no, they have better things to do than listen to us talk to grandma or me making my grocery list or playing with my cats.  that is just plain silly.  one would have to have some anti American activity, such as talking to suspected terrorists, taking pics of infrastructures, buy large volumes of materials, etc..then they might look into my activities and i would want them to do so.

Definitely not, if they were there wouldn't be drug dealers, or drug-addicts for that matter, or break-ins, or rapes, etc.. If the government was always watching us, the police would be busting into houses left and right.

Do they have the potential to though? Probably
