  1. Which is more probable?

We went to the moon with less computer power than a modern digital watch, and we're going again. Then to Mars and off to Zeta Reticuli.

    or

Your government has sold you out and wants to force this on you:

  2. No.

  3. Yes, but we did it for a good cause, right?

  4. Definitely, unequivocally, undeniably, and absolutely not faked.

Any "inconsistencies" in the data/images/videos/etc - are all in the minds of the fools/charlatans who want to believe that the government lied to us / want to stir up a great big whopper for their own jollies or for illicit gain by selling books and videos.

This isn't a matter of believing or not. A fact is a fact, whether you believe it or not.

Let's say that a meteorite lands in my yard. If I don't believe that it came from space, that doesn't change history - it doesn't suddenly cause there to have been a kid that threw a rock over my fence in stead of there having been a rock falling from the sky.

If they really went to the Moon (and they did), and every human being on Earth believes it was a hoax, it doesn't erase their boot-prints from the Moon now does it?

  5. no

  6. NO. And this is not in the right category. I'm dying to give an explanation. Please let me give an explanation. Oh please, don't make me cry. I have tons of moon-hoaxer jokes to work into my answer. Oh please!

  7. Yes.

    HA!!!!

So i'm not allowed my own opinion?

I have to go with the majority or otherwise i get a thumbs down?

  8. Survey questions are illegal except in the survey section, so you can't require people to just answer 'yes' or 'no'.  And opinions don't matter when you have facts.  And all the facts point to no, they weren't fake, we actually went.

  9. No, I think they were real.

  10. NO.

It's the intenet stories about fake moon landings that are fake.

  11. No.

But this is not a matter of opinion or consensus.  It is not subject to vote.  It's a fact.  Consensus of unqualified opinions can lead to things like OJ Simpson's aquittal and the widespread belief that this century began on Jan.1, 2000.

  12. No. This is a question of fact, not opinion.

The six Apollo Moon landings are among the best documented events in human history: thousands of pictures, hours of video, nearly half a ton of Moon rocks, and millions of eye witnesses, including myself. There is not a single scientist in the world who doubts that they took place. To deny them is to discredit the magnificent achievement of the team which went to the Moon, and to reveal abysmal scientific ignorance.

  13. Yes of course.

  14. I not only think they are real....I know for a fact..they are real.

  15. It is simply ridiculous to think they were faked.

  16. Yes they did land on the moon, only people who

    - hate the government

    - know less science than a Highschool student

    - want to make money with their books and videos

    - simply are trolling

    claim otherwise.

    NASA has i.e.

    - eyewitnesses

    - a whole load of documentation (including the tracking data from foreign countries)

    - thousands of pictures

    - hours of film

    - the laser reflectors

    - >300kg of moonrocks

    - a congratulation from the russians

Most of the landingdeniers counterclaims don't even need an expert to be shown wrong, they are just stupid. .

    Just one example:

Hoaxers claim that the flag was waving in some wind

Now everyone who bothers to do some research (instead of relying on the fraudulent Snippets the Hoaxers show) will find out, that the flag was held up by a wire, and appeared only to be waving while (and shortly after) being handled by one of the astronauts.

You also have to ask yourself if it is really believeable that NASA would miss a waving flag if they wanted to fake it?

  17. No, they aren't fake.

I watched them live, so did millions of others, I have saved newspapers and magazines from that historic date, and in 1972 I met and talked with 2 technicians that worked in Mission Control that July.

  18. Ask the 12 men who landed there if they were faked or not.  They didnt risk their lives for nothng.

    NO
