Definitely.  And we can see them if we really try and want to.  I know my dog can see when my late husband is around me.  I am absolutely positive he knows exactly what's going on in my life and is somehow guiding me.  They don't see us in the same way we see, so don't worry that they are watching you having s*x or on the toilet!  They see us as a light, they see our aura

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I think it depends on the spirit.

I think you're more likely to be able interact with spirits who are related to you, but as to technology:-

Our house has/had a fairly modern spirit (1920/1930's or so) hanging around. We've nicknamed him Albert. One day at about 1:30pm I spotted a 40 year man coming through the the back gate next to our very old garage/walking up the path. Looked away for a second (for some reason that I forget), and he disappeared. He was wearing some-kind of clean blue overalls, so I think it was probably Albert, (the vibe was right) and that he may well have been involved in cleaning/fixing the machinery in the textile mill at the back of our house, and I'd spotted a replay of him coming back in for his lunch!

I'm sure he used to "look over my shoulder" when I was using power-tools/computer(quite distracting at first, but I got used to it), he was really fascinated with the microwave. He was very interested in TV films about Ghosts. My partner likes the film Gone with Wind, and we think he stayed and watched it, she's also sure she heard a comment of "Wow. Films on records!". (The film was on DVD)

About 3 years I was doing some work outside, and found the partial remains of motorcycle (mainly an old numberplate, some "rotting" white wall tyres, and a pile of rust). Haven't see much of "Albert" since I found it, so maybe he was hanging around until his old bike was found. perhaps he's ridding it out in the dales now.

I know some people do not believe in spirits of the dead returning to earth but as a genuine (and I mean that seriously) Spiritualist who can see spirits, I know they come back to us and that they can see us. I have sat and had a conversation with my grandad who passed away 12 years ago.
