I watched the video of Stephanie Meyer and she said that Breaking dawn was a book to wrap up the Twilight series, but she wasn't closing the option to make another sequel
Because of her unique artistic choice, continuing the book so that you could experience Bella being a vampire, I feel like she might go on.
I feel that most authors would have left it up to you to imagine what Bella would have been like as a vampire, because they would have been worried about letting the reader down or they think that it's cool to leave it up to the reader to decide how it ends. I think Meyer took an artistic risk, which is awesome, and it also make me feel that she wasn't ready to end the series.
Now another point I would like to make is that she opened up yet a whole new door by introducing so many vampire characters at once. She has many new opportunities now that she has made those characters and given them personalities. And so many questions about them, such as the boy that is half-human, half-vampire from South America and his three half-sisters. The new questions concerning the "super race".
Lastly the questions regarding the Volturi. There were still so untold secrets about them. Also that is definitely not that last that the Cullens have heard of them. The Volturi don't just give up and definitely aren't proven wrong or made a fool out of.
I guess that's mostly it. Sorry I wrote quite a bit, it's just my friend has yet to finish the book and I've been dying to talk about this.
Also I don't want my hope crushed for the possibilty of another Twilight book.
