I honestly don't think so. The longer the time it takes, the less chances they have of finding her. The media hype indeed is a big help but let's face it, she might be hidden and living somewhere remote and the worse thing is in a couple of years, unlike other kidnapped victims who escape captivity, she might not be able to remember her past life being so young.
