I hope it does because they closed the closest ice area because they could not afford it. Now I got to drive 25 miles the the nearest ice area.

Hmm...it's a good idea...but it's also kinda weird.  I mean, it's going to save money on air conditioning and stuff like that, which is good...but it's also weird because it wouldn't feel the same.  There is no way that that iceless ice can measure up to the feeling of REAL ice. That's just my opinion! :)
