Do you think that this is a reasonable responsibility? Do you think my parents are bad parents?

I am 17. My sister is 13 and constantly asks me for money for stuff. I give it to her whenever I needed it because if I don't, she will get upset. I don't like to see my sister upset. But I am upset to give her money because I feel that I should keep the money that I worked for. I don't want to give her money. I feel that is a huge responsibility on me. She would never ask my parents for money. I don't know why. I talk to her about it but she don't listen and said that "One of the responsibility of being the big sister is to give money to the little sister. That is what a big sister is for. You know that?" I disagree. I talk to my parents and tell them to tell my sister to stop and they wouldn't. They don't care or understand that it is unfair to me. This problem has been happening for 4 years and they wouldn't help me. I don't understand why they don't want to help me. I don't know what to do.

Tell her to do your share of the chores for a week and you'll pay her... That is c**p, sucking up for money... So stick it to her like that... If she doesnt then tell her that she doesnt deserve the money..
