Do you think that this is possible?

My cousins bully is coming back to his school after being expelled and sent to juvee for assault the bully has no friends but my cousin has some to back him up the school only has about 200 students so parents have a lot of sway he plans to start a fight in a secluded area of the playground,outdoor area,etc. where no one sees but his friends so he can drag it out in the open where one of the teachers can see and he and his friends can claim the other kid threw the first punch and considering the kids history he thinks that's easy grounds for expulsion

He should let the past go and not start anything unless the other kid starts it. he may have been rehabilitated and apologetic for his actions. He definitely should not start fights though.

Tell him to stay in the open and alert the principal. And your cousin ought to be ashamed of himself for trying to frame the kid.

So the bullied becomes the bully.  See what I am getting at.  Maybe this kid is asking for it, but two wrongs never make a right.  If the kid starts something first then your cousin is within his rights to take it further, but to instigate a fight with the pretense of getting the kid expelled can only backfire on your cousin or in the long run cause other issues.  

It is always better to use your brain first before your fists, so perhaps you should be a good cousin and talk him out of this.

Fighting is not the answer. When you're confronted with violence, giving violence back just elevates the problem.

Theres cameras everywhere in schools, not a great idea. I wouldnt start stuff with the bully unless he did something first. By all means if he hits u first beat the living c**p out of him but dont go looking for a fight. I mean the kid just got out of juvee hes probally changed or wont mess up because juvee sucks. So i dont think its possible, people talk about what they did and they will get busted.

not a good idea the bully could get so mad and do more than throw some punches is your cousin not afraid of this bullie bringing a gun or knife to school or even out side of school you did say it was a red neck  school and most red necks own guns and knifes. leave it alone.

you should never fight to solve problems. This kid might be coming back to school because he wants a new start. He has probably learned his lesson by now. How would you feel if you got an innocent kid expelled? If I were you I'd tell your cousin to just let go and leave this kid alone. It's called killing them with kindness.

why provoke the situation? this bully has no friends and it sounds like no one likes him so why make his life any more miserable than it has to be? if this bully isn't bothering your cousin any more then why start more sh**?
