  1. It is very good! How would you like it if a greater being than humans came to Earth and started eating humans. That is how the animals feel.

  2. I think it's good. But I remember, I had gone vegetarian for just a few days, and at first I was SO sick. That's the only downside in my opinion.

  3. Vegetarianism is a very good thing which i think people underestimate all the time.  I am a student and people always ask me if its hard to be one.  I've been a vegetarian since birth because of my religion and i think its great!  It's very hard to start at an older age because you aren't used to it, but with time, i think you will find that it is very beneficial to your health.  Studies have shown that being a vegetarian actually increased your life expectancy, so think about that!  Hope this answer helped!=)

  4. Good Vs Bad

    sorry Judgmental..

    I could care less..

But IN most cases it is based in error..There is NO sound reason.. some Religions adhere to concept..

BUT they Often ignore that their God or gods and profits ate meat.. Humans are omnivores.. plain and simple...

They always (?) use the Animal rights issue..

Most maintain for several years Then slowly return...

  5. I've been vegetarian for 3 years, and I've never had more energy. It's great! And maybe I'm atheist, Mike L. Maybe I don't give a **** what god thinks =P

  6. I think vegetarianism is good i saves of animals, humans, land and slaughter. If you feed 10 tonnes of plant stuff to a cow you will only get 1 tonne back. Therefore it makes economic sense. 30 cows can go in one field a year so thats 30 tonnes meat a year but so much more plants can be harvested. This makes plant cheaper than meat and more people in the world could be fed on a plant based diet.Vegetarians have less chance of high cholesterol and side effects of this. There for i see vegetarianism as good :)

  7. It's a GOOD THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. I think being vegetarian is a good thing.

It's good for human health, animals, and the environment.

  9. i dont think, i know it is a good thing. anyone who thinks otherwise is old-fashioned, uneducated and kidding themselves

  10. Vegetarianism is good, but veganism is rocking awesome!

  11. I have been vegetarian for the better part of 40 years. I am a vegetarian chef and love to prepare delicious, creative vegetarian and vegan foods that blow people's minds. So yes, I would say it is a very good thing. . .for reasons of health for self, family, the animals and the planet and for the 47 millions of  children who will starve to death this year because we consume more than 90% of the world's resources and are busy turning corn into fuel. How's that Hummer running?

  12. It's not just good, it's great!!  I still can't believe that there are so few vegetarians in the world because it really does benefit everybody.

  13. Even though I'm not a vgetarian I think it's great ecologically because vegetarians/vegans have less of an ecological footprint since they don't eat meat. Animal products are highly inefficient at transfering total solar energy.

At every step on the food chain only 10% of the level below is transferred to the next. This is why even if you eat 10 pounds of butter you will gain weight but it will be less than 10 pounds.

  14. Being a vegetarian or vegan is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious

    ! In other words,yeah, it's good!

  15. It's normally a very healthy lifestyle.  There is an issue with getting some nutrients.  I believe iron is one of them.  But as long as you're aware of these things and make sure you eat the right vegetables, there's no problem with it.  A vegetarian diet demands less resources.

  16. I'm not vegetarian but there is nothing wrong woth being one. you dont need to kill a cow to have red mead for iron you can eat a lot of greens. but if there came a time where there was no plants or your in a drought and all ya vegies died ya gonna have to kill a roo or somthing to eat other wise mate your gonna starve  I LOVE PORK!!!!

  17. Vegetarianism is underrated- people don't realise how great vegetarian food can be. Plus, vegetarianism/ veganism puts SO much less strain on the earth's resources than a meaty diet.

''If slaughterhouses had glass walls, we would all be vegetarians''- Linda McCartney.
