  1. Are you dyslexic or just lazy?

  2. I think that a country should keep its traditions. Our tradition is to have a royal family, and so we should keep them.

You are not correct in saying the king always became king by killing the previous one, many kings and queens simply inherited the title from their parents.

Many modern countries still have a royal family, including Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Spain, Japan, Thailand etc.

It was in the paper that we spend 40 million keeping up the royal family. However, if you compare that with the amount of tourist revenue generated by having them, the 40million is not really much.

  3. It's difficult to play chess without one. Well, two, actually.

  4. hi mate.   I asked the same question at my work place and i got such a negative response.    All my workmates thought i was just being a typical pakistani gal......but it still doesnt answer mine or ur question........why should someone who just turns up at events with sisscors to cut ribbons be paid millions?   just becoz she or he was lucky enough to be born n that family?   Yeah right!!!!!

People say that they r proud to have a royal family.....but why should i pay for their food?   I dont see them paying for the food on my table....

  5. If we didn't have a queen, we would have to have an eleced head of state, which would not be any cheaper.  The Queen is not lazy, she works extremely hard, as do the other members of the family.

What exactly do you do that is so great?

  6. For goodness sake take some English grammar lessons, we have a Queen now, and in the past several others.

  7. no

  8. We don't need a queen, but we already do, George Bush who is no better than a queen. lol:)

  9. Yes we do.

  10. So you think the Royal family is a lazy family how wrong you are if you work as hard as the queen and other menbers of the royal family I think you would soon complane

  11. Why does this quetion keep cropping up, do you lot not read history, or know about the Magna Carta?  The Magna Carta was issued in 1215 by King John, reissued 1216, Edward 1st reissued it in 1297 which still our constitution & Bill of Right, it was so good it was adopted by the Americans.  So what has all this to do with our Queen?  Well the Queen has to take an oath at her Coronation to honour and uphold our Contitution and Bill of rights, no law is passed without her Royal Stamp.  She is the only one in the country who can dismiss parliament, and ask the people to vote another party in.  But our Queen has let her people down by letting our government sell our country to the EU, this is an act of 'High Treason', and used to be death, but was changed to life in prison.

  12. Lol, I found your question quite humorous and yet very honest. You are so darn right, really what is the benefit other than a Family getting tax payers money just to sit around, eat fancy dinners and sit on a throne with your face looking like you just sucked on a lemon. What a waste.

In the US it looks like we already have a Queen- ( George W. Bush) lol for he is no better, just a greedy Son of a byatch collecting what was never his to begin with. I would like to crown him ''Loser of all Losers''.

  13. i think it is time for republic, especially here in Wales.

  14. Yes, we do.

Britain gets more than it's money's worth out of the Crown.  It gets massive tourism dollars and it gains a voice on the world stage that is disproportionate for the population.

  15. No I don't think we need a Qeen at all. I totally agree with you it is all tax payers money and there is so many scandals about the royal family sorry im not patriotic. I now live abroad got away from all the troubles that the uk as thank goodness and I am sorry to say I'm not proud to be classed as english!!!!

  16. If you bothered going to school, not only would you learn to spell, but you may have also learnt something about your countries history and culture. The royal family costs tax payers 66 pence a year, a bargain if you consider all the money tourists spend visiting places like the Tower of London. Also, the royal family pay taxes themselves!! They also, spent alot of their time with charity work.
