Do you think that your childhood sweetheart..is the only sweetheart?

The one person you lost in touch with but never really wanted to, now your married and grown, but ran into that person again years later, what would you do? everyone hides it but they know they really would want to be with them, unless they cahnged, but what if there still the same?

Most people change so significantly over time that I don't think this is true.  I've had great girlfriends change dramatically over a period of weeks before, so I'm not convinced that the childhood sweetheart you knew from 10 years ago would be anything alike that person today.

The relationships that are worthwhile are the ones where you've have the time, the inclination and the patience to change together.
