awesome d..no doubt.  I watched them in person vs Denver that year.  Ray and the boys were strong.  However, I would have to go with another superbowl team, 2001 Patriots.  Their turn over ratio (picks / fumbles) was #2 and their defensive points scored #3 all time (season and playoffs).  To me, this makes a defense "greatest of all time".

as did 20kso I also watched them in Prison back then. They were great. Go ray lewis
