Do you think the American embassy will call my father ? serious answers only?

well, im looking at the application forms it says " have you ever lost your passport" the answer is YES ! i didnt lose it but its with my father he wouldnt give me so i asked my gov to give me a new one they put me throught an investigation and i made it. now ive got a new passport. BUT do u think the embassy will check with my father ? :| ,, serious answers only.

and oh how many forms should i full in ? besides the D-156 ?

  1. not as long as you are 18 or 21..in most cases and adult and 21 years of age..then you are your own person so if you are under 21 maybe if over 21 no..

Once you have  anew passport and you are not under the legal age ,they will not ask about your old passport.I f you really want this to work you should call the american embassy in your country, talk with one of their counselors ans they will tell you everything you need.The american embasyy is the only legal institution that will give you clear answers to all your questions and concerns.

  3. How old are you?  If you are an adult, or emancipated minor, and you do not list your father on the DS-156 visa application, then there is no need for your father to be called.  Otherwise, yes, it is very likely.

    You are only required to fill out one DS-156, though you may also need to fill out supplementary forms, depending on your specific circumstances (i.e., DS-157).
