Do you think the Bears and 49ers got together?

before the game, and decided that they would help each other make their QB's look good in order to get the fans excited? because O'Sullivan is looking good, even though he looked good last week, but even more surprising is that Orton looked good. Weird, Mike Nolan must just feel bad for Lovie Smith.

it's preseason. i could go out there and complete a few passes probably.  urlacher hasn't started his upgraded steroid regimen yet so he can't put much pressure on.

I love JT o sullivan as our starter, i think he should be the starter, but Alex Smith is always gonna be in contention somehow, even though, he's terrib.

each team is testing out different qb's to see who will be the starter come week 1... it looks preety east to pick now...

Coming from a die hard niners fan since I was able to understand what I was able to see on a TV, I don't expect anything from the 49ers this year. I think it is very unfair to take Smith from the starting spot. Let's see anyone else step into the situation he was in. Four different offensive coordinators in four years. Same system or not, every offensive coordinator is going to want to do things differently.

They should have left Sullivan in for the entire first quarter. Hard to judge what we saw based on two or three drives.

And yeah, Orton definately looked good, but hey, the niners pass defense will do that for you.
