  1. No. That team has a lot of talent and they suprise the h**l out of me every year when they play poorly. They need some management.

  2. You must be nuts if you think the Blue Jays can come back and pass 2 of the 3 teams ahead of them and win the Wild Card

  3. There's still time and stranger things have happened, but do you think they have the talent at this point to leap frog so many teams?Namely BoSox,Yanks!

  4. Due to how bad they did before the fired John Gibbons, they could have a chance at the wild card. But don't be too sure about it. They could be in it next year, but this year they would have to deal with top 3 teams, the yankees, red sox, and the currently red hot rays. So, I'm sure that the blue jays wouldn't stand much of a chance for the AL west, and in the wild card they would also have to face the yankees, or the sox, or the rays. So, yeah, maybe next year.

  6. No. They need more offense and they pitching rotationis wacked up with the trade talkof burnett. they wont be the wild card team this year.

  7. I cant see 2 of the 3 amongst the group of Yankees, Red Sox and Rays not making the playoffs.  Sorry.

The Jays need to do some team hopping too.  Theres some competition with the AL central if they wanna bid for a wild card spot.

  8. Unlikely, the Red Sox would have to lose too many Division games for Toronto to surpass them, in order to pass the Red Sox, they have to pass the Yankees, kind of a catch 22, if the sox lose every game to the Yankees, the Yankee's record is that much better.  If the Sox lose every game to Chicago and Minnesota, their records are that much better.  Those would be the other teams the Jay's would be competing with for the wild card.  The Jay's record just isn't good enough at this point.

  9. They don't have a chance.

The White Sox and Twins are battling it out for the division. Whoever doesn't win that division is going to put up a heck of a fight with some AL East team for the wild card.

The Yankees are barely in this thing at 6.5 back division, 4.5 back wild card.

The Blue Jays are completely done. Look to 2009.

  10. nope, toronto doesn't have enough fire power to bypass any of the teams ahead of them, they should finish fourth though

  11. No because they have jump Texas, NY Yankees, Minnesota and Boston in the wild card standings.
