Do you think the CFL will return to Ottawa??

The problem with Ottawa has always been ownership.  The team has been run with very little hope of on field success due to poor management.

If the league can find a strong owner in Ottawa, the fans seem as though they will be more than happy to support a team.

All one has to do is look at the good will that has been generated with the relatively new ownership for the other two Ontario franchises.  The Argos are even hosting a Grey Cup this coming year for the first time in a very long time due to this...and I'd be willing to bet that, unlike the last Toronto hosted Cup, they might even sell out the Jolly Roger Centre.

Yes, unfortunately they probably will give it another kick at the can.

if the original fanbase becomes angry with the decision and near  begs for it back.  otherwise, why would they come back.  they obviously left for financial reasons, the same financial reasons that would s***w them over if they came back.
