  1. not at all, I could probably swing as hard as I can every time up and still not strike out as much as him.  Their offense has no depth, and even though dunn will provide some power, he will also provide some rally kills by striking out when all he needs to do is put the ball in play to move a runner over

  2. nope... cubs and angels look to be the favorites in each league at this point.

  3. i dont even think it makes them the favorite in the nl west.

  4. Not exactly. Dunn can hit, but hit homeruns. He really isn't good for much else, so they need to put him behind guys that get on base so he can drive them in, otherwise he won't help much, and world series is and iffy subject for them, there are stronger teams.

  5. Nope.

  6. Not sure about World Series, they still need another bat and another arm or 2, however this move helps them at least try and hold off The Dodgers. Dunn will give them added power, the long ball, but he certainly doesnt hit for average or can be relied on to get on base multiple times per game.

  7. Yeah...a guy that strikes out 180 times a year and hits .232 is going to take a .500 team to the promised land.

    No.  The answer is no.

  8. No you a a strikeout king to a strike out team the oposing pitcher will be racking up k's

  9. No but I do think that it pretty much locks the NL West down for them. Unless the Rockies decide to win 30 in a row again.  But the way the standings are they will have to face the Cubs in the first round.  And I believe they are not a strong enough offensive team to compete with them.
