Absolutely NOT. She's divorced...

There is a law in place that a divorced person cannot ascend the throne. Edward VIII was forbidden to marry Wallis Warfield-Simpson because she was divorced. YES, Charles is considered DIVORCED. Diana & Charles were divorced before her death. Some have referred to her as Charles' late wife, which is quite incorrect.

The big difference between Charles' x-wife, and Camilla's x-husband is the fact that Camilla's x-husband is a constant reminder of the divorce..the man is still alive.

How Camilla can come to the throne as Queen (if/when Charles is Crowned) will be interesting. I hope I'm not around to see it. The whole thing makes me sick. It has been said that Camilla can and will be Queen. I'd venture to say that the law will change...to accomodate Charles. Let's go back into history a little further too..when Princess Margaret was forbidden to marry Peter Townsend..WHY?...because he was divorced.

I'll ask...how was the heir to the throne  (Charles)able to marry a divorced woman?

You know, she might just be a really nice lady - you don't know, and neither do I.   It is too bad that they did not get together a long time ago, that would have spared a lot of feelings and hurt.   However, people are still people, and obviously, they were meant to be together.   So, yeah, since she is married to the heir to the Throne, she does deserve to be treated with respect and a little kindness as a human being.

Yes.  I think people are awful to her.  What has she done that disgusts people so?  Yes, she had an affair...people are asking like no one ever has affairs!  That makes her imperfect, not a monster.

Charles and Camilla have clearly loved each other for a very long time.  If they had gotten to marry each other the first time around a whole lot of pain and misery could have been avoided.  I'm glad they finally got together.
