Do you think the FA should make teams like Arsenal Chelsea and Liverpool develope English Youth.?

Should there be a rule that Arsenal and Chelsea do what Man United Man City and Villa of the top teams do and develope english and British Young talent. even the lowere clubs do more than Arsenal and Chelsea. what do you think?

honestly think about it if they were to be forced to let's say buy young English players then those players would bench because they fact is football has become so competitive that breeding players really doesn't win the big cups anymore the time it would take you would not have much cups to show for look at Arsenal's recent trophy drought that outstanding that breeding youth really cannot happen on such a high competitive level the youth must be highly skilled

i say let the players start off for smaller clubs and if they are good then the big clubs will no doubt buy them and groom future it's just a matter that England really has no over the top youth and the ones they have are already on good clubs like Walcott and so on

Arsenal: Take a look at their reserve/youth side, it's got a load of promising english players. If they make it or not is another question.

Teams should be free to develop who ever they want, regardless of there race.
