  1. it might work everywhere but the united states -- in the united states everyone is too poor and in debt to take a day off of work -- or might be afraid of losing their job.

  2. This country does not institutionalized its nutcases.

  3. You know, this is the first I have heard of it.  Given the crowd that will follow this (911 truthers, whatever that means, and pro-impeachment groups) I doubt it will have much of a following.

Similar events staging American resolve (the other side of the fence) have been attempted, with few participating as well (such as hanging flags on your car, or leaving your car lights on when you drive).

In general these "let's show how we feel" events only affect the few people that participate in these groups, and I've never seen them get results other than a pat on the back from like minded thinkers for being in the 'in' crowd.

  4. N O!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. This is the first I've heard of it....so I'm gonna say no.

  6. Wow, a few nutroots will be taking the day off to wave signs.

    Yawn

Personally I'm gonna take time that say to remember the ones that last their lives and the bravery of those that fought back on Flt 93.

  7. Only in your mind and on your New Zealand based web page.

  8. First I had heard of it.  Might be a bunch of Mexican out there, but h**l, they're always out there in the street protesting something.

  9. To get everyone to stop working at the same time do they all have to be wearing tin-foil hats?

  10. i don't know if its gaining momentum.. but i do believe the message.. there is no way the events on 9-11 happenend the way that they are said to have happened..

  11. Can you spell looney?
