  1. Yes it will..Even if it is not fulfilled during Bush's term ,it will be made to happen by Obama or Mccain.

    Even if the left in India withdraws support for Congress,and if BJP comes to power after the General elections,they will also make it happen..BJP is only against the HYDE act ..The only possibility against the deal is that the left should get a majority and form the Government at Delhi ,which seems impossible..


  2. Yes I think it will, but the disengagements will never be thorough and it will never work as planned.
